Authorize.net is a company that provides payment services which allow site owners to charge their customers directly from the website via credit card.
The credit card companies have issued a new PCI standard with the goal of providing a higher level of security during the online payment process. Site owners interested in accepting payments with Authorize.net are required to define the system settings based on the following instructions. In order to add Authorize.net, the site owner must carry out the following actions:

Open an account with Authorize.net.

Get a login ID.

Get transaction key.

Insert the username and transaction key into the system and begin using the service.
Important notes:

In order to open an account with Authorize.net the site owner needs to have a trading account in the US allowing them to carry out transactions via the Internet.

Authorize.net supports transactions in USD alone.

The product names must be in English.

Dividing transaction into installments is not possible through Authorize.net.
Setting the workplace console
In order to set the account through the system, click Store>>Manage Store>>Store Settings>>Payment Methods.
There, we will scroll down and click "Payment via Authorize.net", after which we will see the following settings:

Make payment via Authorize.net? - This option activates or deactivates the use of Authorize.net as the payment service on your website.

Authorize.Net Login ID - Insert the username in accordance with the information you received from Authorize.net.

Authorize.Net Transaction Key - Insert the transaction key in accordance with the information you received from Authorize.net.

Short description for this payment method: In this field, enter the name of the payment method. The customer making the purchase will see this and it is therefore recommended to choose meaningful text.

Additional Cost - This allows you to choose whether or not to add an additional cost for using this payment method.
