Old Versions of Content
The system automatically backs up the content of modified pages – automatically saving the original content of a page before saving any changes made to it. The user can easily restore a previous version of a specific content page, thus avoiding the need to correct errors and mistakes after they are made. An unlimited number of earlier versions per page are saved for one month, after which the month-old versions are automatically deleted from the system. If a previous version of a page is needed, it should be restored as soon as possible.
The pages are backed up automatically. No specific user command is required to enable backup.
To view an earlier version of any content, access an existing page that has been recently modified and click on "More", located next to the editing options. Select "Old Versions" from the dropdown menu that appears.
A window displaying the page's history will appear.
The name of the page and the date on which it was modified will be displayed for each version. The user can preview the content of the page as it appeared when last saved or insert the content to the editor.
After inserting the content to the editor, any change that the site owner makes can be saved as usual by clicking "Apply".
