Virtual Store - Adding Product

Store

In the store window there are tools you can work with in order to create the store, its products, edit shipping details, payment methods, add product add-ons, and more.

• Order management - manage all of the store orders
• Add product - adding new products
• Product management - extended management of all the products on the website
• Add a system page - add a "summary" page of the virtual store: add a link to the shopping cart, concentrate products defined to appear in the homepage, concentrate last products added, concentrate products on sale.

Add a product

Create product categories

Click Store>>Add product to open a window in which you can enter the product page name.

There is the option of turning a product into a category by checking the box "Set as category".

In addition, you can set where you want the page to be located, be it the top menu, side menu or not in any menu.

The added product can be seen by clicking Pages>>Page location (top menu/side menu/not on menus)

The store categories can be identified by the shopping cart icon at the side of the categories.

Under the category created, you can create additional categories by clicking the category>>Add to category>>enter product name.

Creating a product page

Under each category, you can add a product by clicking the category>>Add to category>>enter product name. In this case you don't have to check the checkbox.

When products exist under a certain category, you can see the + sign at the side of that category.

Product settings

In order to define a product, the price and additional add-ons, right click the product>>Product settings.

In the settings you can add price, shipping cost, weight, catalog number, image, product add-ons and more.

Product add-ons

After adding a new product, the system allows you to define add-ons and various properties for the product while defining a price for each add-on and property.

This tool is useful for creating advanced products which constitute a number of sub products of 1 main product. The add-ons are chosen by the customer and added to the product itself in the shopping cart.

In order to edit product properties and add-ons, right click on the product page>>Product add-ons near the editing and settings buttons. A window will now open with the product properties and add-ons that will allow you to add a new add-on by clicking "Add add-on".

• Add-on name - you can give the add-on a name based on your needs: color, size, length, screen width, storage space, etc.
• Add-on location - this allows you to choose the precise location the add-on will appear in.
• Display type - this allows you to choose out of three different display options.

• Radio button - this allows you to choose one of the different add-on options.
• Check box - allows you to choose from a number of add-ons in one product.
• Selection box - allows you to choose one product from a list of displayed products.

Please note that when using this option, the image will not be displayed.

Adding features

After the add-on is created, click list of properties>>add property in order to add different items to the add-on.

• Name - allows you to define the name of the property displayed on the website
• Price - this allows you to increase or decrease the property price. In order to decrease the price, add a minus sign (-) before the price.
• Weight - define the property's weight
• Location - defines the property's location
• Image - allows you to upload an image which will represent the property
• Default - allows you to define whether or not the property will be set as default when entering the website
• Hide the price? - This allows you to define a property without displaying a price. Please note that checking this option does not define the property as a free property.
