Management Authorization

If you have decided that you want another person to manage and edit your site and it's content it can be done by adding another manager as follows:

"Tools" >> "Site Profile"  >> "Management Authorization".

If the user is already registered in your site simply enter his username. If not, select the option: "If the new manager does not have a username, click here to set one", and enter his information
